- Deliver performance insights and provide actionable recommendations from the data to shape e-commerce strategy and investments
- Build and maintain automated reporting dashboards that communicate key e-commerce performance metrics to cross-functional stakeholders
- Provide insight into how customers shop on the Company website by leveraging data from our e-commerce and analytics platforms, as well as from customer research
- Envision optimal customer journeys on the website that drive shoppers to purchasing the best interface for them and promote an enjoyable shopping experience
- Develop and evaluate initiatives to improve effectiveness of the e-commerce website and support the e-commerce team with prioritization of these initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver projects that promote optimal customer journeys and experiences
- Ensure the best data, frameworks, models, tools and processes are in place so that all decisions are supported by the most accurate and relevant analyses
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent in eCommerce, marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of experience in eCommerce, business
- Hands on experience in using Google Analytics, GTM, Google Adwords, facebook and IG.
- Experience within the Consumer Product/FMCG is preferred
- Well organized, self-motivated and multi-tasking mindset
- Strong verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving
- Experience using advanced search and merchandising platform
- Experience building effective reporting dashboards and processes
- Experience working with technical project managers and developers
- Experience partnering with business teams to deliver and implement solutions
