Responsibilities
- Be the P&L owner to manage the brands’ e-commerce sales and lead a small team to drive and accelerate digital revenue growth based on company objectives
- Manage the brands’ own online channels including websites and mobile apps’ operations
- Initiate and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to maintain and enhance the sales volume
- Analyze related consumer and CRM data based on market trends
- Partner closely with Brand Leaders to define and tailor suitable eCommerce and CRM strategy with the objective of achievement business targets
- Manage related enhancement projects for the brands’ online platforms
- Explore and identify potential online channels to develop new business
Requirements
- Degree holder in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Management or any related discipline
- At least 8 years of solid e-commerce sales and operations experience in FMCG
- Proven track record in managing P&L in the sizable F&B or FMCG companies
- Strong communications skills to manage different company stake holders
- Familiar with digital marketing, UX/UI optimization, SEM/SEO,social media marketing, ecommerce business development and CRM
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarine
