Responsibilities:

– Study and understand the company’s business reporting requirement and application database
for the design of data warehouse, reports and dashboards
– Support to design and build the data warehouse / data mart models
– Define and create business data marts / datasets, measures, KPIs and dashboards to
empower data analytic capability across business units
– Design and create end-to-end extract, transform and load processes utilizing SQL Server
Integration Services (SSIS), Analysis Services (SSAS) and other tools
– Utilize Microsoft Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services in designing and building
reports and dashboards
– Document requirements for components, dashboards and reports by working with business
units and IT
– Prepare test plan, test cases / scripts, perform testing and user training
– Establish data dictionary and other related documentation

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related discipline
– At least 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years solid experience in data analytics,
data warehouse and data visualization in sizable organization, preferably in property
investment and management industry
– Solid technical knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SQL Server,
SSIS, SSRS and Power BI
– Good business sense with good communication skills and able to articulate business
requirements
– Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese and good Putonghua
