Responsibilities
- Facilitate the requirement gathering between business users and IT for the CRM project including but not limited to mobile app development
- Review System Requirement Specification to ensure all user requirements are properly and accurately documented
- Manage digital development project with IT, Project Management Team and Business Users and to develop innovative digital customer experiences
- Facilitate the development of the workflow, SOP and manage resources planning
- Collaborate with distributed teams, vendors and customer stakeholders to align requirement understanding
- Coordinate and conduct comprehensive and exhaustive UAT
- Participate or facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, solution review meeting etc.
- Review the training documents and facilitate the training arrangement
- Properly plan and execute the implementation plan
- Maintain and keep track on the Project Plan
- Housekeeping the project documents
- Maintain expertise and knowledge of business domain, technologies and solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent disciplines
- Minimum of 6 years relevant working experience in relevant roles such as Business Analyst / System Analyst / Project Manager. Experience in Real Estate, CRM project implementation will be an advantage.
- Good project management skills, multi-tasking and time management skills as well as a strong interest in CRM/ mobile app development.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Process Mapping Tool (Visio or Nimbus) and MS Project is a must. Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM and Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent communication with business proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Understanding of the latest digital trend in the market with hands-on digital experience is an advantage
