Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and implement digital solutions to ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverables
• Responsible for system design, development and support of the solutions / projects
• Work closely with users and vendors for system requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, development, implementation and testing on FB digital solutions
• Identify dependencies and potential risks across internal and external systems, take measure to resolve issues and mitigate risks
• Troubleshoot problems and propose the recommendation to resolve the issue, and liaise with vendors and developers on resolving technical issue
• Liaison and coordinate effectively with both internal and external parties for system integration design

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience of application development using Object Oriented Programming languages including Java & J2EE, .NET and PHP
• Knowledge and experience of Enterprise level systems design and architecture
• Knowledge and experience of Database programming and SQL language (Oracle, MSSQL)
• Solid experience on E-Commerce and Mobile platform development (especially React)
• Strong vendor management skill for 1st tier outsourcing parties
• Able to feedback and liaise with development team to enhance both new or existing system
• Assist to standardize application development workflow for new business and digital application systems

Skills:

• Well organized, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to learn
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure
