- Develop online marketing and communications strategy and calendar for the official site.
- Support the ecommerce business unit in achieving annual revenue targets.
- Manage user online experience throughout the consumer decision journey, and ensure integration of relevant digital touch points i.e. search, display, social, CRM to e-shops and marketplaces
- Analyze, monitor and fine-tune all digital marketing activities, including SEM, SEO, email and social marketing (SNS, blogs, forums) to raise traffics, generate sales leads and review its performance for ROI measurement
- Work closely with Product Team, Sales and Communications Team to oversee campaign’s timeline
- Prepare sales revenue and activity performance reports and insights to improve impression and conversion
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent in eCommerce, marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of experience in eCommerce, business
- Hands on experience in using Google Analytics, GTM, Google Adwords, facebook and IG.
- Experience within the Consumer Product / Fashion & Apparel is preferred
- Well organized, self-motivated and multi-tasking mindset
- Strong verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as senior eCommerce executive
